The staff and the host were all very welcoming and really good. The family king room was ideal, it included tea/coffee and facilities to make tea. There was Wi-Fi in all rooms and the service in general was efficient.

The location was wonderful - just next door to several restaurants, the cricket and bowl centers, cinema, indoor spas, south bay and new waterpark. The breakfast was hearty and generous, on portions and the stuff was lovely friendly. I appreciated the stay here and would stay here again.

The venue was set in the central position next to the concert venue, Peasholm Park and the North Bay, Scarborough for the last 14 years, and the south bay. Besides, the hotel was relatively near a medieval castle. The room with separate bedroom for the kids.

It was clean, everyone was really good. This pretty standard hotel had central setting central to everything the coast has to offer. And it was also right by Scarborough for the Quo concert at the nearby open air theatre, the excellent North beach, castle and Peasholme park and a 10 minute stroll to the town centre and subsequent South beach area, and the sea. The service was very efficient, I had 2 amazing nights here.

Excellent breakfast to star a day with black pudding, of course the good old Full English plus toast. What a marvellous location central to everything the coast has to offer!
